Refund Policy
Innovation and Integrative Research Center Journal (IIRCJ)
(iircj.org)
At the Innovation and Integrative Research Center Journal (IIRCJ), we prioritize transparency and clarity in all aspects of our publication process. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered and specifies scenarios where refunds are not applicable. By making a payment to IIRCJ, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Scope of the Refund Policy
This policy applies to payments made to IIRCJ for:
- Article Processing Charges (APCs).
- Other editorial services provided by the journal.
2. No-Refund Policy for Published Articles
Once a manuscript has been successfully published in our open access journal, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Authors are encouraged to:
- Carefully review submission guidelines and associated fees before proceeding with payment.
- Contact our support team promptly if there are any questions or concerns during the submission or pre-publication process.
This no-refund policy ensures efficient handling of editorial and publication costs, enabling us to maintain the quality and accessibility of our journal.
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
3.1. Duplicate Payment
If a duplicate payment is made for the same submission, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.
3.2. Withdrawal Before Peer Review
If an author withdraws their manuscript prior to the peer review process, a partial refund may be issued. This refund will account for a deduction of administrative processing fees.
3.3. Payment Errors
If a payment error occurs (e.g., overpayment or technical issues resulting in incorrect charges), the affected amount may be refunded upon confirmation.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- After Peer Review Initiation: Once the manuscript enters the peer review process, the APC becomes non-refundable, even if the manuscript is later rejected or withdrawn by the author.
- For Published Articles: APCs are strictly non-refundable after the manuscript has been accepted and published.
- Author-Initiated Withdrawal Post-Peer Review: If a manuscript is withdrawn by the author after the peer review process has begun, no refund will be issued.
