   Authors are required to adhere to the journal’s Author Guidelines, which include:

Manuscripts not meeting these guidelines may be returned without review.

5. Ethical Compliance
   IIRCJ adheres to the ethical principles outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to comply with the following ethical standards:

Plagiarism: Manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using advanced detection tools. Instances of plagiarism result in rejection.

   IIRCJ is an open-access journal, ensuring that published articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide. By publishing with us, authors agree to license their work under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), which allows for sharing, adaptation, and reproduction with proper attribution.
7. Copyright and Licensing
   Authors retain the copyright of their work but grant IIRCJ a license to publish and distribute the content.
   Authors must ensure that all content within the manuscript (e.g., figures, tables, datasets) is free of copyright violations or properly licensed.
8. Archiving and Indexing
   Published articles are permanently archived and indexed in major academic databases, ensuring long-term accessibility and visibility.
9. Article Processing Charges (APC)
   IIRCJ may charge Article Processing Charges (APC) to cover publication costs. These charges are transparently communicated during the submission process. Waivers or discounts are available for authors from low-income regions.
10. Appeals and Complaints
    Authors have the right to appeal editorial decisions or raise concerns regarding the review process. Appeals are reviewed independently by a senior editorial board member to ensure fairness and transparency.
11. Retraction and Corrections
    IIRCJ is committed to maintaining the accuracy of the academic record.

Corrections: Minor errors in published articles may be corrected through errata or corrigenda.
Retractions: Articles may be retracted for reasons such as data falsification, plagiarism, or ethical violations. Retraction notices will clearly state the reason for the decision.

12. Responsibilities
    Authors: Ensure originality, ethical compliance, and accurate reporting.
    Editors: Make unbiased decisions and ensure confidentiality.
    Reviewers: Provide constructive, timely feedback while maintaining confidentiality.
